AMCO Achieves BS11000:2010 Collaborative Working Certification
Amalgamated Construction Limited (AMCO) is delighted to announce that we have attained BSI accreditation for Collaborative Business Relationships – BS11000:2010.
The certification recognises AMCO’s ability to work collaboratively with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders to drive value and continuous improvement.
Our accreditation covers customer, supplier and external collaborator relationships in relation to work undertaken through framework contracts with Network Rail Infrastructure Projects.
On recommending AMCO for certification the assessing auditor from DNV-GL commented that we have developed a comprehensive collaborative working management system and demonstrated a good understanding of the potential benefits to be realised from working in a collaborative manner.
AMCO Managing Director, Andries Liebenberg commented “I am delighted that our collaborative approach has been recognised by this formal accreditation. We have always prided ourselves on working collaboratively with all of our clients and supply chain. However this independent recognition of our collaborative philosophy is an important step for AMCO and allows us to formally demonstrate to new and existing clients, suppliers and other partners our total commitment to working collaboratively to achieve mutual benefits for all parties”
