AmcoGiffen successfully introduce First Day of School Absence for Parents
AmcoGiffen recognises the primary importance of work life balance and how we all need to be there for our families at significant events. Attending your first day at school is one of those occasions. In recognition of this AmcoGiffen have implemented a First Day at School policy – parents are allowed paid time off work to take their child to and from school on their first day at Infant School.
This new allowance has now been used by twelve of our staff.
Congratulations on your successful first day at school go to children of our staff: Skyler, Daisy, Sophia and Lucy. We are pleased to report that there was not too many tears, rather lots of excitement at this new adventure and with kind permission of the parents here are some of the pictures
