AmcoGiffen's Supervisor Academy!
To emphasise the importance of our site supervisors, we have set up an AmcoGiffen Supervisor Academy, designed to develop and support these vital front line team members in leading SHEQ on site!
Already showing fantastic results, our first cohort successfully completed their 3rd module last week, covering the very important topic of ‘communication’. Recognising that effective communication is a fundamental skill for our supervisors, Russ Baleson Training created an interactive communication workshop specifically for our team.
Labour manager and academy facilitator, Shaun O'Connell said “It was my pleasure to watch Russ work his magic and to sit with a fantastic group of delegates who were eager to participate in the course. The result was a day which engaged and empowered our supervisors, who were keen to get back to site and start applying their new found communication skills and knowledge.”
