Final Supervisor Academy for 2019
Dave Diskin (Regional Managing Director) joined us on the final AmcoGiffen Supervisor Academy event for 2019 in Barnsley recently.
The Academy has been pleased to welcome over 200 delegates throughout the year but we’ll be back in the New Year.
Although we will be welcoming new delegates to the Academy, our main focus for 2020 will be to bring additional learning modules for our front line leaders. These new modules will include an incident impact mock trial and a Commercial module as well as modules covering understanding technical drawings, effective briefings and Information Technology amongst others.
We’d like to thank everyone who has supported us in this inaugural year of the AmcoGiffen Supervisor Academy but most of all I’d like to thank the delegates who have joined us on this journey. Without their enthusiasm, involvement, experience and the learning they bring to the events our Academy could not have been so successful.
