Nutrition Winners Announced!
As the 3 month SuperWellness Nutrition challenge comes to a close for our Barnsley, York and Derby offices, a huge congratulations goes out to all those who participated!
'The Fat Busters' have been crowned our team winners, with a total weight loss of 16.6 kg's, a reduction of visceral fat rating by 5 units and a whopping total drop in metabolic age of 17 years! The team name was very apt as they also lost a combined total of 7.6 kg's in fat.
Our Senior Agent, Rui Lima, was our fabulous overall individual prize winner – with an amazing 14 year reduction in metabolic age, a fat mass loss of 4.3%, and a 2 unit decrease in visceral fat. With amazing improvements to sleep patterns, stress levels and productivity, we’re delighted that the SuperWellness team has helped us to improve the health and wellbeing of our workforce. Long may this continue!
