Scotland Superstructure Deck Replacement
Taking place over a 52 hour disruptive possession, we’ve successfully delivered a superstructure deck replacement project at Glenbank Stream’s underbridge in Scotland!
As a heavily skewed single-span metallic underbridge, carrying twin track non-electrified lines of the Scottish Central Mainline between Dunblane and Inverness, AmcoGiffen were selected to replace the original deck with a new precast concrete deck.
Installing 6 new cill units, we also waterproofed the deck, fitted new key clamp handrails and renewed the P-Way within the blockade, as well as carrying out masonry repairs to the structure.
