Successful Completion of Fountainwell Overbridge!
Working diligently to provide the important pedestrian, cycle and road bridge between Sighthill Transformational Regeneration Area and communities to the north, AmcoGiffen are proud to announce the successful completion of the new Fountainwell Overbridge!
Working on behalf of Network Rail and Glasgow City Council, our dedicated teams have constructed a new 27m span skewed concrete bridge, crossing the newly electrified Edinburgh to Glasgow line, which is one of Scotland’s busiest rail routes!
Significantly contributing to the wider package of site infrastructure by Glasgow City Council, the new bridge will restore and enhance a valuable community link, ensuring safer and more efficient travel and enriching the local community.
