The SHEQ 24/7 Roadshow Begins!
Working diligently to make our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) vision become a reality, AmcoGiffen started the roll out of our SHEQ 24/7 roadshow last week – to huge acclaim!
Beginning the tour near our Pontyclun office, before moving on to Highbridge, the senior SHEQ team delivered 4 interactive sessions covering our SHEQ 24/7 strategy, risk management, behavioural change, and sustainability.
Employing innovative ‘voting button’ technology to allow AmcoGiffen and Network Rail attendees to get fully immersed in a really engaging day, we were able to use the real-time feedback to further tailor the sessions and interact with our audience.
Addressing operatives and supervisors in the morning and managers in the afternoon, attendees voted overwhelmingly that the sessions achieved their objectives of explaining the SHEQ 24/7 strategy.
Having had such a great start in Wales and Western, we are excited to take the roadshow around the country in the coming months!
